Court sports run on different software than yoga studios.
Mindbody is excellent at what it was built for: a 60-minute class with one instructor and twenty mats. A pickleball facility is six courts, fourteen 3.5s, a coach running a clinic on Court 5, and a no-show on Court 3 the system needs to release in seven minutes. Different problem. Different software.

Comparison reflects publicly documented Mindbody features. We're happy to walk through anything that's changed since.
How the move actually goes.
Pull a member CSV out of Mindbody. Drop it in our import tool. Fifteen minutes for 500 members, including pricing options, contracts, and waiver status. We map Mindbody's "service categories" to court types so you don't lose your taxonomy on the way over.
Members keep their email and get a magic link the next morning. Apple Wallet pass on first check-in. White-glove migration is included: someone on our team owns the move, rebuilds your class templates against a real court grid, and is on-site (or on Zoom) for the first open-play night so nothing falls through.
Run pickleball on software built for pickleball.
Twenty minutes is enough to see whether the orchestrator, the iOS app, and the flat pricing add up for your facility.
