The Pickle Jar LLC provides software used by pickleball facilities to manage members, court bookings, waitlists, events, and facility operations. Participating facilities may use The Pickle Jar to send transactional SMS messages to members who provide consent.

Opt-In Language

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS from The Pickle Jar and your pickleball facility about booking confirmations, booking updates, cancellations, waitlist openings, and facility account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

How Members Opt In

Members opt in by providing their phone number during account setup, facility registration, front-desk signup, or member profile updates where this SMS consent language is shown or read to them. Facility staff may record verbal consent in the member profile for booking-related transactional messages.
