SMS Consent

The Pickle Jar LLC (thepicklejar.io) sends account notification and customer care text messages to members who opt in. All messages are sent by The Pickle Jar LLC from its toll-free number +1 (888) 775-8051. The Pickle Jar LLC is the only business that collects this consent and the only business that sends these messages.

How Members Opt In

Members opt in on the Account page of their member portal at thepicklejar.io/member/account. After signing in, the member opens the Text notifications section, confirms their mobile number, checks an unchecked consent box, and presses Save preferences. Consent is never pre-checked, is not a condition of membership or purchase, and can be withdrawn at any time from the same page or by replying STOP.

Game and player invitations (separate, optional consent):

I agree to receive non-marketing text messages from The Pickle Jar LLC at +1 (888) 775-8051 about game and player invitations, such as an open spot in a game I requested or a player looking for a match. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Message Types

  • Booking confirmations.
  • Booking updates and cancellations.
  • Waitlist openings and claim notices.
  • Account and customer care notices.
  • Game and player invitations, only with the separate optional consent above.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages under this program, and consent is never shared with or transferred to any other business.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to +1 (888) 775-8051 to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Members can also turn off text messages in their member portal or contact admin@thepicklejar.io.
